The client needed a reliable backend system where customers, installers, and admins could manage outdoor service workflows from one platform. The system needed secure authentication, role-based permissions, installer management, service/order tracking, real-time chat, push notifications, Stripe payment support, commission tracking, and admin visibility without depending on manual operations or disconnected tools.
I developed a FastAPI-based backend with modular APIs for authentication, user and role management, customer workflows, installer operations, service requests, communication, notifications, payment records, Stripe account handling, earnings and commission tracking, admin controls, logs, and site settings. The system uses Tortoise ORM, Aerich migrations, Redis, Firebase push notification support, APScheduler-ready background workflows, Dockerized deployment, and Nginx reverse proxy configuration for production reliability.
